This is a project for the company MyTrustFundLegacy. MyTrustFundLegacy is a company that is focused on educating low income households on the importance of trust funds and how to get started with it. I was tasked with creating a way to teach the concept of trust funds while giving them an easy way for friends and family to invest in their child. The solution that I came up with for this problem is to create a new type of online shop. In this online shop a percentage of the gift your friend and family buys for your child will get invested in back into your child’s trust fund account. You will first create a wish list of toys that your child wants and send the list to family and friends. They will then be then be able to shop for gifts and see how much exactly will be invested into the child’s account based on how much they buy. This will also serve as a great way to introduce the concept of trust funds to new people.
